Refund Policy

Effective date: February 24, 2026

State File Check provides digital file validation and output generation. This policy explains when a refund may be requested and approved.

1. Refund window

Refund requests must be submitted within 1 hour of payment time. Requests outside this window are not eligible.

2. Eligibility rules

• The payment must be in a refundable state (e.g., not already refunded).
• Refunds are subject to abuse-prevention limits (see below).

3. Abuse-prevention limits

To prevent abuse, we limit the number of refunds that can be approved for a given customer/payment method over time. (For example, a maximum number of refunds per 30-day period.)

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds may take a few business days to appear.
